Academics
At FMKS, we believe that a truly great education happens both inside and outside the classroom. Our clubs and societies are designed to help students explore their interests, discover hidden talents, and develop the soft skills — leadership, teamwork, public speaking — that will shape their futures.
Every student from Primary 3 upwards is encouraged to join at least one club. Activities run every Friday afternoon and are led by teachers who are genuinely passionate about the subjects they oversee.

Debate Society
JSS – SSSStudents argue topical motions, build critical thinking, and represent FMKS in inter-school debate competitions across Lagos.
Science Club
Primary – SSSWeekly experiments, STEM challenges, and science fair preparation. Past members have won national science Olympiad medals.
Drama Society
Primary – SSSStage productions, cultural performances, and end-of-year shows. Builds confidence, expression, and public presence.
Music Club
All ArmsChoir, keyboard, and percussion. Students perform at school events, Open Days, and community outreach programmes.
Literary & Press Club
JSS – SSSCreative writing, poetry, and the school magazine. Members develop a voice and learn the craft of storytelling and journalism.
Coding & Tech Club
JSS – SSSHTML, Python, robotics basics, and app design. Students have won state-level tech competitions and built projects for real community needs.
